Hello! My name is Jennifer Dong, and I am currently a senior at Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Florida. I founded the Women's Business Society out of a desire to fill a gap I noticed in my community. There were few opportunities or spaces dedicated to supporting and empowering young women interested in leadership and business. Recognizing the need for a safe, inclusive environment where future female leaders could voice their opinions, grow, and develop their potential, I felt inspired to create this organization. The youth organization was initially founded in Fort Myers, Florida (United States), but we are now striving to expand our reach on an international level. Some things about me are that I love baking, the beach (Florida has great ones!), and reading!
