We are deeply committed to empowerment, providing young women with the tools and resources they need to take on leadership roles and excel in their professional journeys. Collaboration is key to our success, as we believe that innovation and progress come from working together toward common goals. We foster inclusivity, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for women from diverse backgrounds. Our focus on leadership aims to develop confident, forward-thinking individuals who are ready to make an impact in their respective fields. Additionally, we encourage entrepreneurship, inspiring bold and creative business ideas from an early age, and nurturing the next generation of female entrepreneurs and innovators.

My name is Jennifer Dong, and I am currently a junior at Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Florida. I founded the Women's Business Society out of a desire to fill a gap I noticed in my community. There were few opportunities or spaces dedicated to supporting and empowering young women interested in leadership and business. Recognizing the need for a safe, inclusive environment where future female leaders could collaborate, grow, and develop their potential, I felt inspired to create this organization.
