Meet the Team

President: Jennifer Dong

As the founder and president, I’m constantly inspired by the passion, creativity, and drive of our members. Watching young women step out of their comfort zones, take on leadership roles, and achieve their goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m grateful to lead a team of dedicated individuals who share my vision for empowering the next generation of female leaders.  My hope is that the Women’s Business Society will continue to grow and reach even more young women in the years to come. I believe that when women support women, incredible things happen, and this organization is proof of that. Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, make lifelong connections, or simply find a place where your voice is heard, the Women’s Business Society is here for you. Together, we can create a future where women have the confidence and resources to lead in every aspect of their lives.

Vice Presidents: Yvette Boakye & Aarushi Bhargava

Hi, I’m Aarushi, a junior in high school, and I’m thrilled to join the team! I’m passionate about helping create a supportive community that empowers young women in business, and I’m excited to collaborate and share ideas to make a difference. One fun fact about me is that I love traveling and exploring new places!

My name is Yvette Boakye, and I am a senior in high school, excited to serve as the Vice President of the Women’s Business Society. Joining this organization will allow me to help empower more women to get involved in leadership and business. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow officers to plan fun and inspiring workshops that will grow our outreach and impact many aspiring future women business leaders. A fun fact about me is that I love K-dramas—my favorites are Alchemy of Souls and Crash Landing on You!

Event Directors: Sienna Oshon & Daisy Cull

I’m Daisy Cull, a tenth grader and the Events Director for the Women’s Business Society. I’m so excited to join the WBS executive team because this role is incredibly important to me. As an ambitious person, I’m passionate about helping like-minded girls discover new opportunities in the business world. I can’t wait to contribute to creating events and initiatives that inspire and empower young women. A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love volunteering and giving back to my community—it’s something that brings me a lot of joy!

I’m Sienna Oshon, a tenth grader and also an Events Director for the Women’s Business Society. What excites me most about joining WBS is the opportunity to collaborate with amazing women and build meaningful connections. I’m passionate about working together to achieve our goals in the business field while tackling the challenges women often face in leadership. This is my first time serving as an executive officer in something I’m deeply passionate about, and I’m eager to make a meaningful impact through WBS.

Communications Directors: Benjamin Lin & Angela Mosqueda

Hi, I’m Angela, an 11th grader at Canyon View High School and the Communications Director for the Women’s Business Society. I’m excited to take on this role and be part of such an incredible opportunity to empower young women and make a meaningful impact. I look forward to using my creativity and skills to help amplify our mission. A fun fact about me is that my dream is to own my own music label one day!

Hi, I’m Benjamin Lin, a 12th grader and the Communications Director for the Women’s Business Society. What excites me most about joining WBS is the chance to meet new people and collaborate with like-minded individuals. Being a part of this team allows me to pursue my dream of becoming a marketing manager and influencer while making a difference for young women in business. A fun fact about me is that I’m also a professional makeup artist.

Chief Financial Officer: Emily Zhu

Hi, I’m Emily Zhu, a tenth grader at Pineview School and the Chief Financial Officer for the Women’s Business Society. I’m truly excited to be a part of WBS because it gives me the opportunity to meet people who share my interests. This role allows me to develop valuable skills, take initiative, and contribute to something meaningful in our community. I also believe it’s important for girls to uplift one another, especially in fields like STEM. A fun fact about me is that all my electives are STEM-related!

Secretary: Sanjana Ruddarraju

Hi, my name is Sanjana Ruddarraju, and I’m a junior at Downingtown East High School, serving as the Secretary for the Women’s Business Society. I’m excited to contribute to a community that empowers young women to explore opportunities in the business world. I look forward to helping create a supportive environment for learning and leadership. A fun fact about me is that I’m a huge Swiftie—I love listening to pop music.

Director of Mentorship and Development: Shreya Smaddar

Hi, I’m Shreya Smaddar, an eleventh grader and the Director of Mentorship and Development for the Women’s Business Society. What excites me most about joining WBS is the chance to connect with others who share my passion for business. I’m eager to work on impactful projects, gain real-world experience, and learn from others who provide valuable guidance. Being a part of WBS will help me build important skills, grow my confidence, and support me as I work toward my business goals. A fun fact about me is that I’m fascinated by the universe and the unknown!

Research Directors: Kallisti Kimpouri & Nada El Behri

Hi, I’m Kallisti (Kat) Kimpouri, a tenth grader at Monte Vista High School and the Research Director for the Women’s Business Society. I’m super excited to work alongside other girls my age in WBS because I believe it’s incredibly important for women to be empowered and supported by one another. I hope to help create a safe space for sharing business ideas and turning them into action. A fun fact about me is that I was born in Greece, and I love traveling and meeting new people!

Hi, I’m Nada El Behri, a junior at Lycée Scientifique, and I’m thrilled to join the Women’s Business Society. WBS deeply resonates with my values, as I believe acquiring skills, knowledge, and a strong support network is essential for excelling in the business world. I’m excited to collaborate with like-minded women who share similar goals and passions. Additionally, I’m passionate about art and literature, and I love expressing myself through writing.
