President: Jennifer Dong
Leads the overall direction and operations of the society, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's mission and vision. Oversees the executive team and represents the society in external partnerships.
Vice Presidents: Yvette Boakye & Aarushi Bhargava
Supports the President in managing the society’s daily operations and steps in when the President is unavailable. Coordinates with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of events and projects.
Event Directors: Sienna Oshon & Daisy Cull
Plans and executes all society events, including workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities. Handles logistics such as scheduling, venues, and guest speakers.
Communications Directors: Benjamin Lin & Angela Mosqueda
Manages internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, and promotional materials. Ensures consistent messaging and connects the executive team and members.
Chief Financial Officer: Emily Zhu
Oversees the society’s budget, financial planning, and fundraising efforts. Ensures all expenditures are tracked and manages fundraising campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.
Secretary: Sanjana Ruddarraju
Keeps records of all meetings, organizes documentation, and ensures all information is accurately archived. Helps with scheduling and maintains the organization’s governance practices.
Director of Mentorship and Development: Shreya Smaddar
Oversees mentorship programs and professional development workshops. Connects members with mentors and organizes opportunities for career-building and skill development.
Research Directors: Kallisti Kimpouri & Nada El Behri
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting information to support the society’s initiatives. This includes identifying trends in business, leadership development, and female empowerment, and providing data to guide the planning of events, workshops, and projects.

As the founder and president, I’m constantly inspired by the passion, creativity, and drive of our members. Watching young women step out of their comfort zones, take on leadership roles, and achieve their goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m grateful to lead a team of dedicated individuals who share my vision for empowering the next generation of female leaders. My hope is that the Women’s Business Society will continue to grow and reach even more young women in the years to come. I believe that when women support women, incredible things happen, and this organization is proof of that. My name is Yvette Boakye, and I am a senior in high school, excited to serve as the Vice President of the Women’s Business Society. Joining this organization will allow me to help empower more women to get involved in leadership and business. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow officers to plan fun and inspiring workshops that will grow our outreach and impact many aspiring future women business leaders. A fun fact about me is that I love K-dramas—my favorites are Alchemy of Souls and Crash Landing on You!

As an ambitious person, I’m passionate about helping like-minded girls discover new opportunities in the business world. A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love volunteering and giving back to my community—it’s something that brings me a lot of joy!

What excites me most about joining WBS is the chance to meet new people and collaborate with like-minded individuals. Being a part of this team allows me to pursue my dream of becoming a marketing manager and influencer while making a difference for young women in business. A fun fact about me is that I’m also a professional makeup artist.

I’m truly excited to be a part of WBS because it gives me the opportunity to meet people who share my interests.
