Emerging Leader Award (Entry-Level Recognition)

Requirements:

Must be a new member (within their first year of joining the Women’s Business Society).

Regular attendance at meetings and active participation in at least one event or workshop.

Demonstrates enthusiasm and a proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to the society.

Shows potential for future leadership within the organization. 

Outstanding Contribution Award (Mid-Level Recognition)

Requirements:

Must have been an active member for at least six months.

Significant involvement in organizing or participating in multiple society events, workshops, or projects.

Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration, and initiative.

Has made a meaningful impact on the growth and success of the society through their contributions.

Exemplary Leadership Award:

Requirements:

Must have been an active member for at least one year and held a leadership role within the society (e.g., leading a project, event, or committee).

Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities, including strong communication, decision-making, and mentorship.

Has led successful initiatives or projects that have had a lasting impact on the society or community.

Consistently embodies the values of the Women’s Business Society and serves as a role model to other members.

The Women's Business Society will present these awards every year (in May) to members who demonstrate outstanding contributions and leadership. Award recipients will receive real certificates as part of their recognition.

Nomination Process

To be considered for an award, members must be nominated by a peer or nominate themselves. In the nomination, they will need to provide a detailed list of their contributions to the club and the community. This includes participation in events, leadership roles, and any initiatives they have taken part in or led.

Review Process

After nominations are submitted, the executive team will conduct a thorough review. Each nominee’s involvement and impact will be carefully evaluated based on their contributions to the society and their leadership efforts.

Award Presentation

Once the review process is complete, the winners will be announced and presented with their awards.

Certificates: Recipients of the Emerging Leader, Outstanding Contribution, and Exemplary Leadership Awards will receive official certificates.

Medal: Recipients of the Exemplary Leadership Award will also be given a special trophy as part of their recognition.

Public Acknowledgment: Your achievements will be highlighted on our website, social media platforms, and newsletters. Additionally, you will be granted special opportunities to mentor newer members and lead future events and projects.
